Services
The technology your business runs on, handled.
Each service below says what's included, what isn't, and where the price starts. Do one project, or let us look after all of it every month. Larger teams and more complex setups are reviewed before we quote.
Computers and help
From $125 per person a month on the care plan with a $1,000 monthly minimum, $165 with the security tier once it opens, or $150 an hour for one-off work
Your computers set up properly, kept updated, and backed by people you know when something breaks. No more asking your nephew or the most tech-savvy employee.
What's included
- New computer setup, so it's ready on day one
- Cleanup of slow or cluttered computers
- A separate login for every person, no shared passwords
- A password manager for everyone
- Microsoft Defender Antivirus, built into Windows, kept on and up to date, plus automatic updates on every computer
- Remote help during our stated support hours
- Setting people up when they start and shutting accounts off when they leave, see new hires and departures
What it's not
- A help desk answering the phone all day
- Repairing broken screens or hardware (we'll arrange warranty service)
- Support for personal home computers
- Microsoft 365, Windows upgrades, and industry software licenses, which you buy at cost
Wi-Fi and network
From $2,500 plus hardware at our cost
Wi-Fi that reaches every corner and stays up. We install Ubiquiti UniFi, business-grade gear you buy once and own outright. There's no subscription to keep it running.
What's included
- A UniFi gateway, switches, and Wi-Fi access points sized for your space
- A guest Wi-Fi that can't see your business computers
- Cameras and door readers kept on their own separate network
- One app where you can see everything that's connected
- Clean, labeled setup so the next person can make sense of it
- Equipment owned by you, with no monthly subscription
What it's not
- Your internet service. You keep your provider, we make the most of it.
- New cabling runs, unless they're on your quote
- Desk phones, which are their own project
Microsoft 365 email and backups
From $1,200 for up to 10 people
Business email on Microsoft 365, set up so it's hard to break into, plus backups we actually test. If a laptop dies or a file disappears, you get it back. This package and its price are for Microsoft 365. On something else? See business email and accounts.
What's included
- Microsoft 365 setup or cleanup for email, files, and calendars
- Two-step login (MFA) turned on for every account
- Spam and fake-email filtering tightened up
- Backups of email and files, kept off-site
- A test restore, so we know the backup really works
What it's not
- Microsoft license fees. You pay Microsoft directly at their price.
- Other email platforms, such as Google Workspace. Tell us what you use and we'll assess the work first. Moves from Google into Microsoft 365 are an email migration.
- Moving your old email over. That is its own project.
- Website hosting
Cameras and door access
4 cameras from $3,200 installed
First door from $1,800 installed
We install Ubiquiti UniFi, the same gear used in offices, schools, and warehouses. You own the equipment outright. There are no per-camera subscription fees from the manufacturer. Optional monthly care pays us to look after it, keep it updated, keep the footage saved, and manage who can badge in.
What's included
- 4 or 6 camera packages, all in. Standard hardware, install labor, and our design and setup are in the package price.
- The 4 camera package includes 4 UniFi cameras, a recorder, PoE power for each camera, a storage drive, and 4 standard cable runs
- The 6 camera package includes 6 cameras, the recorder and PoE power, a larger storage drive, and 6 standard cable runs
- Each additional camera is one camera and one standard cable run on a free recorder port. A larger drive is not included and is quoted at our cost if wanted
- Hardware is listed at our cost on your quote so you can see exactly what you're paying for
- More cameras and doors added as needed, priced as listed
- 1 or 2 door packages with badge or phone unlock
- All camera and door wiring is performed under a Georgia low-voltage license.
- Cameras and door controllers on their own network, separate from your computers
- Footage saved on a recorder in your building, with an optional off-site copy. Recording time depends on camera settings, activity, and drive size. We estimate it on your quote and check it after install. It is an estimate, not a guarantee
- Live view, playback, and door unlock from your phone
- Ongoing care by us, so updates, badges, and footage requests go through the same people every time
What it's not
- Monitored alarm service. We don't do alarm systems or call-center monitoring.
- Mixing brands. One system means one app and fewer things to break.
Why not the subscription camera brands?
Many popular camera systems are cheap up front and then charge every month, per camera, just to keep your own footage. Stop paying and features shut off. With UniFi, the recorder sits in your building and the footage belongs to you. What you pay us monthly covers real work, not a license.
Full camera and door pricing, including monthly care, is on the pricing page.
Cyber insurance readiness
From $1,500
Insurance applications now ask whether you use two-step login, have backups, and train your staff. Insurers check those answers when a claim comes in. We make sure every yes on your application is really true.
What's included
- We read the insurance application with you, question by question
- We check each answer against what's actually in place
- We fix the gaps, like turning on two-step login or setting up tested backups
- You get a folder of proof (screenshots and settings) to keep on file
- A short summary you can hand to your agent at renewal
What it's not
- Insurance advice or a policy. Your agent handles coverage and price.
- A guarantee that a claim will be paid. That's up to the insurer.
- Legal advice
Staff training
Remote session $150
On-site session $250
Most problems start with one fake email or one reused password. A short, friendly session teaches your staff what to look for. No jargon, no shaming.
What's included
- 45 minutes, in person or over video, for up to 15 people
- Real examples of fake emails, texts, and calls
- Strong passwords, the password manager, and two-step login, in plain words
- What to do (and who to call) if someone clicks something
- A sign-in sheet you can keep for your insurance file
What it's not
- An hours-long course or a pile of online videos
- Fake phishing emails sent to your staff without warning
Card payment (PCI) readiness
From $900
For any business that takes cards. Card processors expect you to follow the card industry's security rules, called PCI, and to fill out a yearly self-assessment that proves it. We do the work behind the answers with you.
What's included
- Your card terminal or point of sale moved onto its own network, apart from guest Wi-Fi and the office computers
- The card industry's self-assessment filled out with you, question by question
- The items it flags fixed
- An evidence folder you can hand to your processor
What it's not
- The terminals themselves. Those come from your processor.
- Point of sale software support. Your vendor supports the software.
- A formal audit by a certified assessor. Small merchants fill out the self-assessment instead.
Email migration
From $900 for up to 10 mailboxes
Moving your email from GoDaddy, Google, an old server, or a personal account into Microsoft 365, with every mailbox checked before the old service is closed and the switch made outside business hours.
What's included
- Email, contacts, and calendars moved into Microsoft 365
- Up to 10 mailboxes in the starting price
- The switch made outside business hours, so nobody loses a morning of email
- Phones and computers pointed at the new mailboxes
- Two-step login on every new account
What it's not
- Microsoft license fees. You pay Microsoft directly at their price.
- Moving data out of systems we have not listed on your quote
Business phones
From $1,200 setup for up to 5 phones
UniFi Talk desk phones on the same network and the same app as your Wi-Fi, cameras, and doors. One system, one set of people to call.
What's included
- UniFi Talk desk phones set up for up to 5 people
- Call routing, so calls ring the right people at the right times
- Voicemail delivered to email
- Phones you own, with hardware at our cost
- UniFi Talk service billed per phone number at our cost, currently $9.99 a month on the Plus plan or $24.99 on Pro
What it's not
- A call center or an auto attendant with dozens of menus
- Fax lines and overhead paging, unless they are on your quote
Backup internet
From $450 plus hardware at our cost
A cellular backup connection on your network gateway that takes over automatically when your main internet goes down. We check cellular coverage first, test the switch with you, and give your staff a one page note on what to expect. It keeps your connection up. It cannot fix an outage at a cloud service or your card processor.
What's included
- A cellular coverage check at your building before we order anything
- A cellular backup device added to your UniFi gateway
- Automatic switch when your main internet drops, and back when it returns
- A scheduled failover test with you, checking that the business apps you name, like card payments, email, and phones, reconnect
- A check of what stays powered in an outage, and a battery backup recommendation for the network gear if needed
- Simple instructions for staff
What it's not
- Your main internet service
- The monthly cellular data plan, which is passed through at cost
- Battery backup units, quoted at our cost if you want them
- Outages at cloud services, payment processors, or app vendors. Some card systems have an offline mode with its own limits and risks, which your processor explains
More ways we help
The rest of the menu. Some have published prices, and the others are quoted in writing after a short review, so the price fits your setup.
Reply times and support hours are on the service levels page. Want to see the paperwork first? Our sample deliverables use a fictional office. Old Windows or Office? Read the support dates guide.
Bigger team or a more complex setup?
We focus on small and growing businesses. Larger teams, several locations, servers, or your own IT staff are welcome, and we look at the setup before we quote.
- Published packages keep their stated limits. For example, Microsoft 365 setup covers up to 10 people and email migration up to 10 mailboxes. Anything beyond that is quoted as its own line.
- Larger or more complex projects are quoted in writing after an assessment.
- Monthly care uses the published price, minimum, and support hours, and starts with a review of coverage, locations, and on-site needs. We support businesses during our stated weekday hours, with no 24 hour help desk.
- Defined work alongside an existing IT team or provider, with a written split of who does what. See security alongside your IT provider.
Tell us about your setup and we'll say plainly what fits and what doesn't.
