Workflow automation

The repeat work in your office, done by your systems.

Lead replies, reminders, invoices, review requests, paperwork, and the Monday numbers. We connect the tools you already pay for so the routine steps happen on their own, and your people handle the parts that need a person.

Why it belongs with your IT

We already look after the accounts, email, forms, and phones that every automation runs on. That makes automation a natural next step for an office we support, and it means somebody who knows the setup is there when a vendor changes something. Automation is also available on its own, without monthly IT care.

How a build works

Small, tested, and written down. Most builds take one or two working sessions.

  1. An automation checkup

One hour on site or remote. You get a one page map of the repeat work in your office, the three builds worth doing first, and what each one costs. $450, credited in full toward automation work you book with us within 30 days.

  2. A fixed price in writing

What the build does, which tools it uses, what the platform fees will be, and when it goes live. The price does not move.

  3. Built and tested on your real work

We build it in your accounts, run it on real examples with you watching, and fix what does not fit how your office actually works.

  4. Handover, then care if you want it

A one page note on what runs, where, and how to turn it off. Automation care keeps it working when a vendor changes something.

What you own

Every platform account, login, and license is in your business's name and billed to you at the provider's price. We hold admin access only while you are on automation care, and everything we built stays with you if you stop.

If a build uses Microsoft Power Automate, we check the licensing first. Microsoft 365 business plans include standard connectors only, and one premium connector means every person who runs that flow needs a Power Automate Premium license. You see that cost on the quote before you decide.

What it costs

These prices are published. Every build still gets a fixed price in writing before we start, with platform fees listed as separate lines in your name.

Where AI fits, honestly

Most automation is plain rules. If this happens, do that. A language model earns its place only in a few steps, like drafting a reply for a person to approve or reading a document to decide where it goes. When a build uses one, we tell you which step, what it sees, and where the data goes, and a person approves anything sent in your name.

Book a 15-minute call and tell us the task somebody in your office repeats every week. Or start with the automation checkup and get the first three builds priced.

Questions owners ask

What is workflow automation?

Software doing the repeat steps a person does today, like copying a form into a list, sending a reminder, filing a document, or chasing an invoice. The tools already in your office talk to each other, and a person only steps in when judgment is needed.

Which tools do you use?

Whatever fits the job and your existing software. Common ones are Zapier, Make, n8n, and Microsoft Power Automate, plus the connections built into tools like QuickBooks Online, Square, HubSpot, and Google Workspace. When nothing off the shelf fits, a small custom integration hosted for you.

Who owns the automations?

Every platform account, login, and license is in your business's name and billed to you at the provider's price. We hold admin access only while you are on automation care, and everything we built stays with you if you stop.

Is there a catch with Microsoft 365?

Sometimes. Microsoft 365 business plans include Power Automate with standard connectors only. A flow that uses a premium connector needs a Power Automate Premium license for each person who runs it, priced per user per month. We check this before quoting so the license cost is not a surprise.

Is this AI?

Only where a step really uses it, such as drafting a reply for a person to approve or sorting a document. Most automation is plain rules. We tell you exactly which steps use a model, what data it sees, and where that data goes.

Do we need to be on a care plan?

No. Automation works on its own. Businesses on our monthly IT care plan pay $100 a month for automation care instead of $150, and get an automation review as part of the yearly planning review.

What does the checkup cost, and what do we get?

The automation checkup is $450, one hour on site or remote. You get a one page map of the repeat work in your office, the three builds worth doing first, and what each costs. It is credited in full toward automation work you book with us within 30 days.
