Churches, schools, and daycares
A locked front door, cameras you trust, and records kept private.
Buildings full of children, families, and volunteers ask the same two questions. Who can get in, and can you see what is happening. We put a badge reader on the entrance, cameras over the doors and the rooms, and Wi-Fi that keeps guests away from the office.
What churches, centers, and schools need
A controlled front door is the first thing parents ask about. A badge or phone unlock for staff, a buzzer for the lobby, and a log of who came in and when. Cameras over classrooms, the entrance, the nursery hallway, and the playground come next, on a recorder in the building so the footage belongs to you and not to a subscription.
Church and nonprofit offices add their own list. One email account shared by three people. A giving platform the former treasurer still has the password to. Wi-Fi that works in the office and not in the fellowship hall. Every one of those has a plain fix, separate accounts with two-step login, former volunteers shut off, and Wi-Fi that covers the whole building with a separate network for guests.
Behind the scenes, family records, enrollment files, and donor lists need the same care as any office. Separate staff logins, two-step login on email, and backups that restore.

How we usually help
Pick one project or let us look after all of it every month.
Who we fit, and who we don't
Honest on purpose, so nobody wastes a call.
We fit
- Daycares, preschools, after-school programs, and private schools, with larger campuses reviewed before we quote
- Congregations and nonprofits
- Boards and directors who want equipment owned, not leased
We don't fit
- School districts that need district-wide IT, or campuses that want their IT department replaced
- Parent-facing camera streaming apps, livestream production, and audio visual systems
Questions owners ask
Can visitors be buzzed in from the front desk?
Yes. Staff unlock with a badge or phone, and the front desk buzzes visitors in from the app with the camera showing who is at the door.
Do parents get to watch the classroom cameras?
Not through our system. Cameras are for the director and staff, and footage stays in the building. If you want parent streaming, that is a different product and we will say so.
Do you offer a nonprofit price?
Our prices are published, and every project is a fixed quote in writing. Microsoft offers discounted or donated licenses to eligible nonprofits, and we help you apply and set them up.
Can volunteers get accounts?
Yes. Each volunteer who needs access gets their own login, and we turn it off when they rotate out.
What does it cost?
First badge door from $1,800 installed, 4 cameras from $3,200, 6 from $4,500, Wi-Fi from $2,500 plus hardware, and Microsoft 365 setup from $1,200. See the pricing page.
