Staff training

Forty-five minutes that stop the one click that costs a business.

Most problems start with one fake email or one reused password. A short, friendly session teaches your staff what to look for. No jargon, no shaming.

What's going on, and what we do about it

The expensive break-ins at small businesses rarely involve a hacker typing furiously. They involve a staff member clicking a link in an email that looked like it came from the boss, the bank, or the IRS, and typing a password into a page that looked right. No software fully stops that. People do, once they know what to look for.

We run a 45-minute session, in person or over video, for up to 15 people. Real examples of fake emails, texts, and calls that are hitting businesses like yours right now. Strong passwords, the password manager, and two-step login explained in plain words. And the one thing most training skips, what to do and who to call if someone clicks something. You keep a sign-in sheet for your insurance file.

How it works

Simple on purpose. You always know what's next and what it costs.

  1. A 15-minute call

Tell us what's going on. We'll tell you honestly if we're a fit.

  2. A quick look

A short visit or a remote session so we see your setup for real.

  3. A fixed price in writing

What we'll do, what it costs, and when. The price doesn't move.

  4. Scheduled work

We book a time that doesn't shut your business down, then get it done. Reply times and support hours are on the service levels page.

Questions owners ask

Does insurance require training?

Most cyber insurance applications now ask whether staff receive security awareness training. The sign-in sheet from this session is the proof.

Do you send fake phishing emails to test people?

No. Surprise tests tend to embarrass people rather than teach them. We show real examples in the room and talk through what gave them away.

Can new hires get the session later?

Yes. On the care plan one session a year is included, and extra sessions are booked at the listed price.

Is it the same session for a dental office and an auto shop?

The structure is the same. The examples are chosen for your business, like fake insurance portal logins for a medical office or fake IRS notices for a tax firm.

How many people can attend?

Up to 15 per session. Larger teams are split into sessions of up to 15 people, each priced as its own session.
