Vektrion is a small, tight-knit team based in metro Atlanta. We set up and look after computers, Wi-Fi, email, backups, cameras, and door access for small businesses. You deal with us from quote to finish, whoever is on site, and we look after your setup year after year.

Small businesses don't need a call center. They need people who already know their setup.
One point of contact from quote to finish, and the same place to call next year. As you grow, we review what you need before we quote, and if you need round-the-clock coverage we'll say so and point you to a firm that offers it.
Hours
- Business hours
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm
- Calls, texts, email, and remote help, answered the same business day
- Scheduled on-site work
- Weekday evenings until 8 pm and Saturdays, booked ahead, at our normal prices
- Closed Sunday
- When work begins
- Next business day for standard requests
- Same day for a locked-out user, a down internet connection, or a suspected security incident when received before 3 pm on a business day
- Round the clock threat monitoring
- Only on Care plus security, which is not yet open for sign-ups. A third-party security operations service watches covered computers and can isolate one day or night. It is not our help desk, and we follow up during business hours
- Outside business hours
- Unplanned work is $200 an hour with a 2 hour minimum, when we are able to take it
