Business email and accounts

Email and accounts your business actually owns and controls.

Most email trouble starts with accounts. A former employee still holds the admin login, the domain renews on someone's personal card, or nobody turned on two-step login. We sort out who owns what, lock the accounts down, and keep them right as people come and go.

The problem, and what we do about it

Your business email is only as safe as the accounts behind it. We look at who owns the domain and the email admin account, who still has access, whether two-step login is on for everyone, and what happens when someone joins or leaves. Then we fix what matters first and write down who owns each account and how to recover it.

Our published packages are built on Microsoft 365, and its setup, protections, and prices apply only to Microsoft 365. If you use something else, such as Google Workspace or email from your web host, tell us what you have. We assess it first and quote the work, or we tell you plainly that it is not a fit.

Who it's for

Honest on purpose, so nobody wastes a call.

A good fit

  • Businesses that don't know who holds the domain or the email admin login
  • Owners whose staff share logins or keep access after they leave
  • Teams moving from one email service to another, or combining accounts after a merger or takeover

Not a fit

  • Website design or hosting
  • Anyone who needs us to recover an account without the owner's written authorization

What you get

Written down so there are no surprises on the quote.

What's included

  • A list of your domain, email, and admin accounts, who owns each one, and its recovery contacts
  • Admin access moved to accounts your business owns, with your written OK
  • Two-step login on every email and admin account
  • A separate login for every person, and shared logins replaced
  • New hires set up and leavers shut off, included in monthly care
  • Moves between email services, quoted for your setup, and Microsoft 365 setup at its published price

What it's not

  • License fees for your email service, which you pay at the provider's price
  • Microsoft 365 prices or tools applied to another platform. Each platform is quoted on its own.
  • Recovering accounts when the previous holder will not cooperate, which is quoted separately
  • Support for every email service. We confirm what we can take on before you sign

What it costs

The published prices below apply. Anything outside them gets a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

See the price for this on the pricing page

Published prices cover only what their package lists. Larger teams, extra domains, archives, and other platforms are quoted in writing after a short review.

What it depends on

  • The owner's written authorization before any admin access is moved
  • Access to your domain registrar and current email admin account, or the previous holder's cooperation
  • Your email service's own licensing for features like device controls

Next step

Book a 15-minute call and tell us which email service you use today, how many people use it, and who you think holds the admin login.

How it works

Simple on purpose. You always know what's next and what it costs.

  1. A 15-minute call

Tell us what's going on. We'll tell you honestly if we're a fit.

  2. A quick look

A short visit or a remote session so we see your setup for real.

  3. A fixed price in writing

What we'll do, what it costs, and when. The price doesn't move.

  4. Scheduled work

We book a time that doesn't shut your business down, then get it done. Reply times and support hours are on the service levels page.

Questions owners ask

Do you only work with Microsoft 365?

Our published packages and prices are for Microsoft 365. If you use Google Workspace or another service, tell us what you have and we'll assess the work before quoting. Moving from Google into Microsoft 365 is a standard email migration.

A former employee still has the admin login. Can you fix that?

Yes, with the owner's written authorization. If the former employee or provider cooperates it is usually quick. If not, recovery goes through the domain registrar or email provider and is quoted separately.

Is this included in monthly care?

Keeping accounts right as people start and leave, password resets, and two-step login are part of monthly care for Microsoft 365. The first cleanup is part of onboarding or quoted as a project.

We have more than 10 people. Does the $1,200 setup still apply?

The $1,200 package covers up to 10 people. Larger teams are quoted in writing after a short review, so the price matches the actual work.

What does it cost?

Microsoft 365 setup starts at $1,200 for up to 10 people and email migration at $900 for up to 10 mailboxes. Cleanup, other platforms, and larger teams are quoted after a short review.
