Referral program

Know a business that needs better IT?

Accountants, insurance agents, office managers, and clients are the people we most want to hear from. Introduce someone and we take good care of them, keep you posted, and mention you to our clients when what you do fits what they need.

Who refers, and when

The situations where an introduction helps your client most.

Commercial insurance agents

A client's cyber application asks about two-step login, backups, or training, a renewal is close, or a claim exposed a gap. We fix the controls and keep the proof. Coverage questions always go back to you.

Accountants and bookkeepers

A client got a fake invoice or a changed bank account request, needs a written security plan, is losing the person who handled IT, or has a dead server before a deadline.

Electrical and low-voltage companies

The cable is in and the client still needs the network, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, or someone to look after the cameras and doors afterward.

Commercial builders

A build-out or new location needs the network, cameras, door access, and email working before move-in, coordinated with your schedule.

Property managers and brokers

A tenant is moving in, opening, or taking over a space, or a building needs cameras and badge doors.

Office movers

A move needs the internet, Wi-Fi, phones, and computers working on day one at the new address.

Software consultants and IT providers

Your client needs security work, a restore test, a security questionnaire answered, or a camera and door system you don't handle. We do that piece and coordinate with you.

Our own clients

A friend's office has the same problem you had before we met.

How it works

Simple on purpose.

  1. Introduce them

Use the form below, or send them your personal link. They get our free email security check and insurance readiness check, with nothing to buy.

  2. We reach out the same business day

We listen first and give an honest answer, even when the answer is that they do not need us.

  3. We tell you how it went

Whether we connected and whether we were a fit. Never anything they told us in confidence.

  4. We return the favor

When one of our clients needs an accountant, an insurance agent, or anything else you do, you are the first name we give.

How we treat your client relationship

We follow up, so you never have to sell anything. The business you introduced decides what happens next.

We tell you whether we connected and whether we were a fit, and nothing they told us in confidence.

We stay in our lane. Insurance questions go back to the agent, tax and accounting questions to the accountant, and legal questions to the client's attorney.

If you already handle part of their technology, we work on the piece you bring us in for and agree in writing who does what.

The program runs on goodwill, not fees. Some professions limit referral fees. When one of our clients needs what you do, we can suggest you, with no promise of a number of referrals and no exclusivity.

For chambers, development offices, and business groups

If you run a chamber small business program, an economic development office, a downtown development authority or Main Street program, an entrepreneur center, or a merchant association, we would like to hear what your members are dealing with.

We can talk with you about short, practical sessions for business owners. Topics include spotting email payment fraud, checking that backups really restore, getting ready for a cyber insurance application, and getting technology right in a new location. Sessions teach, they don't sell.

We follow your rules for presenters, sponsors, and business resource lists, and we never describe an organization as working with us unless it has agreed to that in writing.

To start a conversation, email [email protected] with your organization and the kind of session you have in mind.

Introduce a business

Let them know we will be in touch first, so our call is expected.

About you

Who you are introducing

Get your own referral link

If small businesses ask you who handles IT, a personal link makes it easy. Anyone who opens it gets a page that welcomes them by your company name, and anything they ask for is marked as coming from you.

Questions owners ask

Do you work with chambers and development authorities?

We are glad to talk about educational sessions for their members, on their terms. We don't pay referral fees, offer gifts to staff, or claim any organization endorses us.

Who usually refers?

Commercial insurance agents, accountants and bookkeepers, electrical and low-voltage companies, commercial builders, property managers and brokers, office movers, software consultants and IT providers, and our own clients.

What is the easiest way to introduce someone?

Ask them first, then use the form above, send them your personal link, or send one email to them and [email protected] together. A sentence about what is going on helps.

What do referrers get?

A real thank you, a heads up on how it went, and a mention to our clients when what you do fits what they need. We don't pay referral fees, and we don't promise referrals or exclusivity.

Do you share what a client tells you?

No. We only tell you whether we connected and whether we were a fit.

What kinds of businesses fit?

We focus on small and growing businesses across metro Atlanta, especially accounting, dental and medical, legal, insurance, real estate, trades, and auto. Larger teams and more complex setups are welcome too, and we review them before we quote.
