New location or takeover
A new space or a business you just took over, set up properly from the start.
Network and Wi-Fi for the whole space, 4 cameras with a recorder, a badge door, and Microsoft 365 for up to 10 people. If you are taking over an existing office, shop, or business, we also move the accounts to you and shut out the former owner.
What's going on, and what we do about it
A new space is the one time the technology can be done right from the start, before anyone tapes a router to a shelf. It is also when owners are busiest, and the Wi-Fi ends up being whatever the internet company left behind.
The new location package handles it in one scheduled project. We walk the space before you move in, place the access points and cameras where the walls and doors actually are, and set up Microsoft 365 so email and files work on day one. You own every piece of equipment and nothing carries a manufacturer subscription. The camera and door packages are installed as published, standard cable runs included. Network hardware is listed at our cost, and any additional network cabling is quoted with materials at cost and installation labor shown separately. All camera and door wiring is performed under a Georgia low-voltage license.
Taking over an existing business or location brings a different list. The domain, email admin, Wi-Fi, cameras, and door system may all still answer to the former owner or their IT company. With written authorization we move those accounts to you, remove the former owner's access, check what equipment is worth keeping, and set up the network the way you need it. That handover work is quoted after a site review.
What's included and what isn't

Questions owners ask
When should we call?
As soon as you have a floor plan or a lease. The best time to run cabling is before the walls are finished and before the furniture goes in.
How long does it take?
It depends mostly on things outside our control, like the internet provider's install date, the landlord's approval for wiring, and when other trades finish. We set a written schedule once those dates are known.
We are buying an existing business. What should we ask the seller for?
A list of every account, who holds it, and the logins, plus written permission to transfer the domain, Microsoft 365, and the network, camera, and door accounts at closing. We can give you a checklist to attach to the purchase paperwork.
Can we keep the equipment that is already there?
Often. We check what is worth keeping, reset it so only you control it, and tell you what should be replaced before you rely on it.
Can we add more cameras or doors?
Yes. Additional cameras are $450 installed and additional doors from $1,200, priced as listed on the pricing page.
Do you coordinate with the internet provider?
Yes. We tell you what to order and where the handoff should land, and we are there when the line is turned up.
Is monthly care required after?
No. The care plan is optional. It keeps the same people looking after what they built, but a project stands on its own.
