Agreement to these terms
By using vektrion.com (the "Site"), run by Vektrion LLC ("Vektrion," "we," or "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our services
The Site describes the IT and security services we offer. Prices shown are starting prices. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written quote or agreement, and nothing on the Site is a binding offer.
Information on the Site is general and is not professional, legal, or insurance advice for your specific situation. Talk with us or another qualified professional before making decisions for your business.
Ownership
The text, graphics, logos, and design of the Site belong to Vektrion LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may print or save a page for your own reference. Other copying or reuse needs our written permission. The Vektrion name and logo are trademarks of Vektrion LLC.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites and services, like an online scheduling tool. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranties

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid Vektrion, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action about these terms must be brought in the state or superior courts of Cobb County, Georgia, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The new version will be posted here with a new date. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
