Weekly numbers
Your weekly numbers in one email, without anyone building a spreadsheet.
The numbers you care about live in five different tools. We pull them together into one short report that lands in your inbox every Monday, so you see the week without logging in anywhere.
The problem, and what we do about it
Most owners can tell you roughly how the week went. Few can tell you how many leads came in, how many turned into jobs, what is unpaid, and how many reviews arrived, because each of those lives in a different tool and putting them together takes an afternoon nobody has.
We connect the tools you already use, such as your website form, invoicing, payment tool, calendar, and Google profile, and send one plain email every Monday with the numbers you chose. When a number needs a closer look, a simple dashboard can sit behind it, built as part of a larger project.
Who it's for
Honest on purpose, so nobody wastes a call.
A good fit
- Owners who want to see the week at a glance
- Businesses with more than one location or several people selling
- Offices preparing for a bank, a buyer, or a growth plan and tired of rebuilding the same spreadsheet
Not a fit
- Accounting reports your bookkeeper or CPA prepares
- Tracking individual employees' activity
What you get
Written down so there are no surprises on the quote.
What's included
- A short list of the numbers that matter to you, agreed before we build
- Data pulled from the tools you already use
- One email every Monday, or the schedule you choose
- Week over week comparison for each number
- A note on where each number comes from, so you can check it
- Adjustments in the first month as you see what is useful
What it's not
- Subscriptions to the tools the numbers come from
- Financial statements or bookkeeping
- A full dashboard, which is a web app or dashboard project
What it costs
Published prices are starting points for the scope listed. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and platform or license fees are listed as separate lines.
| What | Price |
|---|---|
| Standard automation, a weekly report from your tools | From $1,500 |
| Custom integration, when a tool needs its own connection | From $3,000 |
| Web app or dashboard behind the report | From $6,000 |
| Automation care, watched and fixed | $150 a month, or $100 on a care plan |
See the price for this on the pricing page
What it depends on
- Read access to the tools the numbers come from, approved by the owner
- Tools that allow their data to be read, confirmed before quoting
- Agreement on what each number means, such as when a lead counts as won
What you own
Accounts and builds stay in your business's name. The details are on the workflow automation page.
Next step
Book a 15-minute call and tell us the three numbers you wish you saw every Monday.

How it works
First we agree on the handful of numbers and what each one means, such as when a lead counts as won. Then we connect read access to the tools that hold them, send you a trial report built from last week, and adjust it in the first month until it is an email you actually open.
An automation checkup
One hour on site or remote. You get a one page map of the repeat work in your office, the three builds worth doing first, and what each one costs. $450, credited in full toward automation work you book with us within 30 days.
A fixed price in writing
What the build does, which tools it uses, what the platform fees will be, and when it goes live. The price does not move.
Built and tested on your real work
We build it in your accounts, run it on real examples with you watching, and fix what does not fit how your office actually works.
Handover, then care if you want it
A one page note on what runs, where, and how to turn it off. Automation care keeps it working when a vendor changes something.
Questions owners ask
Which numbers can it include?
Anything your tools record and let us read, such as new leads by source, jobs booked, invoices sent and unpaid, payments received, appointments, and new reviews. We agree on the list before building.
Can it go to several people?
Yes. The owner, a manager, and a bookkeeper can each get it, with only the numbers each one should see.
Do we need new software?
No. The report reads from what you already use. If a number is not recorded anywhere today, we tell you and suggest the simplest way to start recording it.
What does it cost?
Most weekly reports are a standard automation, from $1,500. A full dashboard with charts and filters is a web app project, from $6,000.
