Lead follow up

Every new inquiry answered in minutes, even when you're on a job.

Leads go cold while the owner is busy. We connect your website form, missed calls, and Google profile messages so each new inquiry gets a prompt reply, lands in one list, and reaches the right person.

The problem, and what we do about it

A customer fills out the form at 7 pm, calls during a job, or messages your Google profile on a Saturday. By the time anyone sees it, they have booked someone else. Nobody meant to ignore them. The inquiry just landed in an inbox nobody was watching.

We set it up so every new inquiry gets the same treatment. A short reply goes out by email, and by text where the person asked to be contacted that way. The details land in one list or your CRM with where the lead came from. The owner or the right person gets an alert, and anything still unanswered the next morning shows up on a short list.

Who it's for

Honest on purpose, so nobody wastes a call.

A good fit

  • Service businesses that quote jobs, like trades, auto shops, and cleaning companies
  • Offices that book consultations, like law firms, CPAs, and insurance agencies
  • Owners who answer leads from their own phone between jobs

Not a fit

  • Buying lead lists or sending messages to people who never asked to hear from you
  • Replacing a person on the phone. The automation buys time, a person still answers

What you get

Written down so there are no surprises on the quote.

What's included

  • Website form, missed call, and Google profile messages routed into one place
  • An instant reply by email, and by text where the person asked for one, written in your words
  • Each lead logged in a shared sheet or your CRM, such as HubSpot or Zoho, with its source
  • An alert to the owner or the right person, by text, email, or a team chat
  • A morning list of anything still unanswered
  • Tested with real inquiries before it goes live, plus a one page note on how it works

What it's not

  • Platform subscriptions such as Zapier, Make, or a texting service, which are in your name at the provider's price
  • Writing a whole sales process. We automate the follow up you already want to do
  • Cold outreach to people who never contacted you

What it costs

Published prices are starting points for the scope listed. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and platform or license fees are listed as separate lines.

  • Business texting numbers registered with the carriers, which we handle with you before texts go out

What you own

Accounts and builds stay in your business's name. The details are on the workflow automation page.

Book a 15-minute call and tell us where your leads come from today and who answers them.

How it works

A lead build starts with a list of every place inquiries arrive today, such as the website form, missed calls, and Google profile messages, and who should hear about each one. We write the first reply with you, connect each source to one list, and send test inquiries through every path before it goes live.

  1. An automation checkup

One hour on site or remote. You get a one page map of the repeat work in your office, the three builds worth doing first, and what each one costs. $450, credited in full toward automation work you book with us within 30 days.

  2. A fixed price in writing

What the build does, which tools it uses, what the platform fees will be, and when it goes live. The price does not move.

  3. Built and tested on your real work

We build it in your accounts, run it on real examples with you watching, and fix what does not fit how your office actually works.

  4. Handover, then care if you want it

A one page note on what runs, where, and how to turn it off. Automation care keeps it working when a vendor changes something.

Questions owners ask

How fast does the first reply go out?

Usually within a minute or two of the inquiry, any time of day. The reply says a person will follow up and when, so nobody is promised more than the office can do.

Can it text people back?

Yes, when the person gave their number for that purpose. Business texting numbers have to be registered with the carriers before automated texts go out. We handle that with you, and it adds a little time to the first build.

We already have a CRM. Do we need a new one?

No. We connect to what you use. If you have nothing, a shared sheet works fine, and a CRM can come later.

Is this AI?

Not unless a step needs it. A lead reply is usually a template in your words. If you want a model to draft longer replies for you to approve, we say exactly where it is used and what it sees.

What does it cost?

A simple version with one trigger and up to three steps is $750. More sources, a CRM, and routing between people is a standard automation, from $1,500. Platform fees are separate and in your name.
