Remote IT support

Remote IT support for small businesses anywhere in Georgia.

Most computer, email, and security problems do not need a visit. You approve a remote session, we fix it while you watch, and you are back to work. Same people, same published prices, from Savannah to Dalton.

How remote help works

You text or email what is wrong. We reply the same business day and book a session, or start the same day for a lockout, a down connection, or a suspected break-in reported before 3 pm on a business day. You approve the connection on your screen, we work, you watch, and we leave a note of what changed. Nothing stays connected after the session ends unless you have asked for unattended access in writing.

Email and Microsoft 365 setup, two-step login, backups and test restores, password managers, security software, updates, slow computers, printers that will not behave, and the yearly cyber insurance renewal questions are all remote jobs. For an office in Lawrenceville or Snellville we also come on site for Wi-Fi, cameras, and doors. For an office in Macon or Augusta we handle the remote work ourselves and quote the physical work honestly.

Questions owners ask

What can you fix remotely?

Most of what goes wrong. Email and Microsoft 365 problems, slow or misbehaving computers, password resets and lockouts, software installs and updates, backups, two-step login setup, and security software. With your permission we connect to the computer, you watch the screen, and we fix it while you work on something else.

What needs someone on site?

Wi-Fi and network installs, cameras and door readers, cabling, a computer that will not turn on, and the office checkup. For metro Atlanta we come to you. Outside the metro we handle the remote work ourselves and tell you honestly when a job needs hands in the building.

Do you charge the same for remote help?

Yes. On the monthly care plan remote help during support hours is included as often as you need it. One-off remote help is $150 an hour, quoted first, the same as on site.

Is remote access safe?

We use a remote tool that requires you to approve each session, every session is logged, and nothing runs when you are not connected. We never keep unattended access to a computer without the owner asking for it in writing.

Can a business outside Atlanta be on the care plan?

Yes, anywhere in Georgia. The remote parts of the plan work identically. For on-site visits outside the metro we quote the travel in writing or arrange the physical work and stay your point of contact.

What are the remote support hours?

Remote sessions run Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Calls, texts, and email are answered the same business day during those hours, and a locked-out user, a down internet connection, or a suspected security incident gets same day attention when it comes in before 3 pm on a business day.
